CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

- Refunds are available through Tuesday, February 2, 2027, 30 days prior to the start of SCDA CON 2027.

- All registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Tuesday, February 2, 2027. Cancellations received by the deadline will be refunded, less a $75 administrative processing fee. Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund except as outlined below.

- Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line: “Registration Cancellation – [Last Name]”

- Registration substitutions are permitted through Thursday, February 25, 2027 and must be submitted in writing. The substitute's registration fee must be equal to or less than that of the original registrant. Substitution requests will not be processed onsite, and refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

EXCEPTIONS AFTER THE CANCELLATION DEADLINE:

The following refund requests may be considered after February 2, 2027:

- Visa Denial or Delay: Registrants who requested an official invitation letter from SCDA for a visa application prior to the conference are eligible for a full refund if their visa is denied or is not processed in time to attend.

- Medical Emergency: Registrants who provide acceptable official medical documentation related to a personal or family illness may be eligible for a refund, less the $75 administrative processing fee.

EVENT CANCELLATION:

- If SCDA CON 2027 is canceled due to public safety concerns, registration fees will be applied to the next SCDA conference.

SATURDAY NIGHT SUNSET RIVER CRUISE:

River Cruise tickets are subject to the cancellation policy above through February 2, 2027. After this date, River Cruise tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with advance written notice.
