- Refunds are only available up to 30 days before event.
- All registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Time on this day will not be processed. Cancellations received prior to this date and time will be refunded minus a $75 administrative processing fee.
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to
[email protected] with the subject line of - "Registration Cancellation – last name".
- Substitutions are accepted and must also be submitted in writing at least seven days prior to the meeting. The substitute’s registration fee must be the same or less than the original registrant's. No substitution requests are processed onsite, and no refunds are issued for no-shows.
- Exceptions that can be submitted after the Cancellation Deadline:
- Registrants that request an official “Invitation Letter” from SCDA to submit with their visa application prior to the meeting are eligible for a full refund if the visa is denied or not processed in time to attend the meeting.
- Registrants that provide acceptable official medical documentation related to personal or family illness are eligible for a refund after the cancellation deadline (minus the $75 administrative processing fee).
- In the event the SCDA Conference is canceled due to public safety concerns:
- Registration fees will be applied to the next SCDA conference.
