- Refunds are only available up to 30 days before event.

- All registration cancellations must be received in writing no later than Thursday, October 8, 2026. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm Pacific Time on this day will not be processed. Cancellations received prior to this date and time will be refunded minus a $15 administrative processing fee.

- Cancellations must be sent in writing to [email protected] with the subject line of - "Registration Cancellation – last name".

- Substitutions are accepted and must also be submitted in writing at least seven days prior to the meeting. No substitution requests are processed onsite, and no refunds are issued for no-shows.

- Exceptions that can be submitted after the Cancellation Deadline:

- Registrants that provide acceptable official medical documentation related to personal or family illness are eligible for a refund after the cancellation deadline (minus the $15 administrative processing fee).
